About Gary Noesner

Noesner served 30 years in the FBI, where he became the first Chief Hostage Negotiator in the bureau’s history. Beyond Waco, some of the other crisis situations he negotiated included prison riots, right-wing militia standoffs, terrorist embassy takeovers, airplane hijackings, and over 120 kidnapping cases involving American citizens. Many of these stories are recounted in Noesner’s autobiography, Stalling for Time: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator, which became the subject of a Paramount Pictures miniseries Waco, alongside fire survivor David Thibodeau’s book Waco: A Survivor’s Story. Noesner has been featured in The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post, among others. Now retired, he currently resides in Virginia with his wife Carol.

About Jim Dubois

Jim worked at Microsoft for nearly two decades before taking on the CIO duties in 2013. In his previous roles he lead IT teams for application development, infrastructure and service management and as Microsoft’s Chief Information Security Officer. During his tenure as CIO, he supported the company’s billions of customers and more than 90,000 employees in 190 countries worldwide and migrated 95 percent of the company’s on-premise IT capabilities to the cloud. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. DuBois worked for Accenture, focusing on financial and distribution systems.

Mr. DuBois currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at nFüsz, Inc, and has been serving as an Advisor of Corent Technology, Inc., and a Venture Advisor at Ignition Partners. In 2017, Mr. DuBois authored his own book that gives 100 practical lessons on thriving in a fast-paced tech world of digital transformation and effective use of technology to drive business value. Mr. DuBois received his degrees in computer science and business (accounting) from the University of Washington.

About Rhonda Vetere

Rhonda Vetere is a seasoned leader across industries, working in global executive positions at Herbalife Nutrition, Santander Bank, nThrive / Pamplona Capital Management, Estée Lauder Companies, AIG, HP Enterprise Services, Barclays, Bank One / JPMorgan Chase, and several telecommunications companies.

She has lived and worked internationally – in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Mumbai, and across India – and has managed teams of up to 20,000 people. Vetere is also the co-author of an HP special edition book, Enterprise Service Management for Dummies.

Rhonda contributes her perspective and knowledge by serving on boards for professional and educational institutions, including VETtoCEO, Longwood University Advisory Board, and George Mason University Board of Directors.

Rhonda has been recognized for her leadership and influence, notably as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council in 2019 and 2020. In 2021, she was one of the Most Influential Businesswomen in Technology by Corporate Vision Magazine, Top CIO/CTO by the 2021 Tech Inclusion Conference, and Top 100 DEI Leaders in 2021.

Outside of work, Rhonda is very active as an athlete — she regularly competes in IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons (among other events) and is a member of Winged Foot Golf Club along with her husband, who works for Titleist and is also a sports fanatic (they are both avid football fans).

Rhonda has run 55 miles across the Serengeti 3x as part of a girls and women’s empowerment fundraiser. Rhonda is an ACCF Ambassador for the African Community & Conservation Foundation. She also is passionate about mentorship, currently mentoring Olympic athletes and a Navy Seal / SEAL TEAM 6.

Olivia Troye, Former White House Homeland Security Advisor to VP Pence, Keynotes Our Transformational CISO Assembly!

About Olivia Troye

Olivia Troye is a former career intelligence professional who served as Vice President Mike Pence’s Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor, as well as his lead staffer on the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

Originally from El Paso, Texas, Troye is fluent in Spanish. She received her Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in International Security Studies and Counterterrorism from the National Defense University College of International Affairs. In 2019, Troye graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School’s Executive Leaders Program, an exclusive opportunity for senior-level homeland security & public safety leaders.

After graduating from college, Troye worked for the Republican National Committee. The September 11 attacks prompted her to begin a career in national security, where she first served in the Pentagon as a George W. Bush Administration appointee. Troye was an intelligence official in the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis serving as chief of strategy, policy, and plans and worked in the Office of the Vice President of the United States as the homeland security and counterterrorism advisor to Vice President Pence and an aide to the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

After leaving the White House, Troye went on to found The Troye Group, where she currently serves as director of the Republican Accountability Project and Republicans for Voting Rights. Troye uses her expertise and platform to advise private sector and non-profit organizations on global & domestic national security initiatives, educate clients on misinformation and disinformation threats on a variety of issue areas, including election security and political violence prevention, and support non-partisan and non-profit organizations on initiatives related to national security, voting rights, and defending democracy.

About Karen Daley

Karen Daley, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, served from 2010 to 2014 as the president of the American Nurses Association, the nation’s largest nursing organization representing the interests of the nation’s 3.1 million registered nurses. She is a current member of the Board of Trustees of the American Nurses Foundation and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Barnstable Land Trust.

Daley spent more than 25 years as a front-line caregiver and staff nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) in Boston. She practiced for more than 22 years in the BWH emergency department until January of 1999 when she left due to a needlestick injury that resulted in her infection with both HIV and Hepatitis C. Since that time, she has been actively engaged in state, national and international levels as an advocate for use of safer needle devices in health care practice settings. Daley has traveled across the US as well as Europe, Australia, and Asia in her ongoing advocacy for sharps injury prevention. In recognition of her integral role in its passage, Daley was among those invited to the Oval Office to witness President Clinton sign the “Needlestick Safety Prevention Act” into law on November 6, 2000.

During her four-year tenure, Daley led and served as the spokesperson for the American Nurses Association, which represented the interests of 3.1M registered nurses. In 2011, while serving as ANA president, she was listed among Modern Healthcare’s “100 Most Influential People in Health Care” and, in 2013, was selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the “Top 25 Women in Healthcare.”

Daley holds a master’s in science, a master’s in public health, and a Ph.D. in nursing. She has been recognized with numerous awards for her outstanding leadership and excellence in practice. In 2015, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters by Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire, and Curry College In Milton.

The Millennium Alliance Prepares For Its Long Awaited Return To The In-Person Stage This Fall

NEW YORK – June 14, 2022 – The Millennium Alliance is excited to formally announce a definitive timeline for returning to the in-person stage, which will begin in September of this year. After 2+ years of organizing strictly Virtual Assemblies for its C-Suite Members, Millennium has locked in dates at 5-Star venues in Miami, Nashville, Denver, and Las Vegas to host their initial In-Person Fall Assemblies.

Millennium is now priding itself on being the one-stop-shop for both In-Person and Virtual Assemblies. Society has clearly changed throughout the course of the pandemic and the sentiment of Millennium’s membership mirrors this.
