With more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector, Council is experienced in implementing global technology solutions and supply chain strategies that drive growth and innovation in industries that include healthcare, consumer products, and telecommunications.

Adding on to her lengthy and successful career, Council has also previously served as Assistant Secretary for the Office of Information and Technology and CIO for Veterans Affairs, Corporate Vice President and the first global CIO for Johnson & Johnson, Global Vice President for IT, Global Business Solutions and Development Services at Dell Inc, and, as the Global Partner for Supply Chain at Ernst & Young LLC.

Council was twice named one of the Top 50 Women in Information Technology by FedScoop, which also gave her the Golden Gov: Federal Executive of the Year Award. Moreover, she is listed among Healthcare Data Management’s Most Powerful Women in Healthcare Information Technology, as well as Business Trends Quarterly naming her as one of the top four CIOs in North America in 2010. In 2009, The New Jersey Technology Council inducted her into its CIO Hall of Fame, and the Global CIO Executive Summit awarded her the Top 10 Leaders & Change Agents Award and the Top 10 Leaders & Innovators Award, proving that her influence and expertise have left a lasting impression across all industries.

NEW YORK, NY – May 19, 2017 – The Millennium Alliance is thrilled to announce the signing of the lease for our new 11.500 sqft office at 475 Park Avenue South. The management team gathered for a quick photo to commemorate the moment.

In just 3 short years, we have grown exponentially, now boasting over 60 employees across 2 offices. This new office expansion in New York enables The Millennium Alliance to continue to provide focused executive education, innovative media platforms, research, and senior-level assemblies in the areas of digital & business transformation, growth, policy, and need analysis.

The new office space doubles the office footprint and supports the company’s long-term strategy. Not only will it be designed to incorporate the latest and most modern technology infrastructure, it will also include multiple amenities for employees including gaming areas, refreshment spaces, and dedicated facilities to host customer briefings, seminars and other company activities.
