The day is finally here! Today, The Millennium Alliance is proud to announce the launch of our new Digital Diary Blog website! You may be wondering, is it still the Digital Diary you know and love? YES! However, our new website is for our blog and our blog alone. Gone are the days in which you can get lost in the shuffle on our the Mill-All homepage geared to those attending one of our assemblies this year.

We posted our top blogs from each industry to spark your interest in our new website. In the future, we will be exploring everything from guest blogging opportunities to exclusive interviews with executives or members of your company, all right here! So sit tight as we get ready to provide those options for you to advantage of.

We are currently in the process of switching all of our content from our Millennium Alliance’s blog page to here, so if your favorite blog is missing, do not fret! It will all be on this platform in no time. You can either find our new Digital Diary Blog website here, or you can go to our website and find the URL on our old Digital Diary page.

The Millennium Alliance turns 3! Take a look at #millenniumlife

The Millennium Alliance’s 3rd Anniversary

On Friday, Millennium Alliance officially celebrated its third birthday. The celebrations lasted all week! The Millennium employees took part in a week’s worth of fun:

Monday – All Millennium employees dressed up in white and blue.

Tuesday – Can’t have a birthday without a birthday lunch! Taco Tuesday hit the New York office. We also interviewed Russ Klein, CEO, American Marketing Association. 

Wednesday – Wacky hair day! Wear wigs and hats to work.

Thursday – Remember the amazing fashion of the 90’s? The Millennium Alliance paid homage to the best characters of the 90’s with some interesting outfits. We also filmed the first ever episode of Millennium Live.

Friday – The Millennium Alliance Mini-Olympics when both offices competed for bragging rights.

Millennium Alliance expands its management team with Finance & Operations and Marketing divisions

The Millennium Alliance Expands Its Managament Team

New York, NY – The Millennium Alliance announced today the expansion of their senior management team with the appointments of Ben Ould as VP, Finance & Operations and Freya Smale as VP, Marketing.

Ben Ould, Vice President of Finance & Operations comes with a wealth of international experience having spent the last 15 years’ working in the industry, both in the US and in Europe. With his expertise in Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis and Modeling, he is strategically positioned to provide structure to global expansion.

During his career Ben has spearheaded global growth, helping to launch businesses in new markets. He has facilitated the transition of teams onto new cloud-based software, such a Salesforce and been instrumental in the restructuring of several companies’ finances, enabling increased reporting, efficiency, and transparency.

“Thrilled to have joined the Management Team of Millennium Alliance and extremely excited for the future. Rob and Alex have not only laid a strong commercial foundation for the business to grow but also created an office culture where employees enjoy coming to work! I look forward to sharing my experiences and building a financial framework that allows the company to grow and expand further.” Ben says, “I believe that growth comes from being 100% focused on our client’s needs. This means forming long-lasting relationships with existing customers, whilst continuously generating new commercial relationships.”

Joining Ben on the Millennium Alliance management team is Freya Smale, a CIM certified marketer. Freya is joining the company as its very first Vice President of Marketing. With over 5 years’ experience specifically in event marketing, one of her main focuses will be to continue to grow their national assembly portfolio. She joins the team as an experienced senior marketer with knowledge of multiple industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Aviation, and Logistics.

Responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of marketing across Millennium Alliance’s product portfolio, her multidisciplinary approach to marketing will be key to the growth of the company as it looks to expand internationally. Proficient in all forms of digital, direct & indirect marketing and confident in use of all major platforms, including Email, Website, Search, PR, Social and Inbound Marketing; Freya will be kick-starting Millennium Alliance’s marketing and branding efforts.
