About Shelley Macintyre

Shelley Macintyre is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of leading brand strategy, innovation, and global growth across some of the world’s most iconic companies. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing at BBC Studios, where she oversees global marketing initiatives to drive audience engagement and brand development.

Before joining BBC Studios, Shelley was General Manager & Chief Marketing Officer at allplants, a fast-growing plant-based meal delivery service, where she led brand transformation and customer growth. Prior to that, she served as Senior Global Director of Gin Brands at Suntory Global Spirits, and earlier as Global & UK Marketing Director at Sipsmith. Her career also includes over a decade of senior marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, and she began her journey at Unilever.

Passionate about leadership and inclusion, Shelley has actively supported gender equality in the industry through her role as Chair of the Talent Sessions at WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership), where she championed mentoring and career development initiatives for women in marketing.

About Eric Boateng

Eric Boateng is the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Enterprise Cyber Security at MassMutual, where he leverages his extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology risk management to lead the company’s global security strategy.

Most recently, as Vice President of Cyber Security, Technology & Resiliency Risk Oversight at American Express, he developed and implemented comprehensive cybersecurity and risk management programs.

Eric’s career also includes significant roles at New York eHealth Collaborative, Roundpoint Mortgage, Georgia Department of Human Services, and Lockheed Martin, where he advanced information security practices and risk oversight.

Prior to his work in the private sector, he served for two decades as a U.S. Navy officer, managing IT programs for the Department of Defense and applying industry-leading security frameworks.

With advanced degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Columbia University, Eric combines technical expertise with innovative leadership to protect MassMutual’s digital assets and ensure resilience against evolving cyber threats.

There’s a new office in London, the company’s nearly doubled in size, and we’re no longer entering into Zoom rooms to make sure sponsors and delegates are both in the meeting 😂

How do you hope to make an impact now that you’re back?
I hope to bring some great new attendees to our events and make our programs the best they can be.

What did you learn during your time away that you’re excited to bring back to your role here?
