Digital Healthcare Transformation

The future of healthcare is digital. With the FDA providing clarity with the launch of new regulations regarding digital technology in 2018, developers and healthcare industry stakeholders alike are working to transform the patient experience.

The healthcare landscape is changing. The on-demand patient increasingly favors digital technology and platforms. According to Pew Research, a third of Americans have gone online and searched symptoms, in an attempt to diagnose a medical condition.

The US healthcare industry is unique, as it markets direct-to-consumer or direct-to-patient. Digital marketing technology is enabling healthcare marketers to talk directly to consumers in a new, more engaging way.

The Millennium Alliance is pleased to announce our bi-annual Digital Healthcare Transformation Assembly will be taking place on November 20-21, 2019.

Millennium Achievements: Congrats Jacob and Michelle!

Jacob and Michelle have broken records here at Millennium, and that isn’t stopping anytime soon. We’re happy to announce that they’ve both been promoted to Directors of Executive Alliances in under a year’s time at Millennium.

See what they had to say about working with Millennium Alliance!

Jacob Rosenbaum, Director of Executive Alliances

What excites you most about your new role?

I am able to continue building up new employees while improving on both my managerial and sales skills that I have learned here at The Millennium Alliance.

What do you like most about working at Millennium?

The training is second to none.  I have learned so much more here in about a year and a half than I did throughout my school career.  Also, the support system is fantastic. I never feel left behind and I always have somebody whom I can depend on if I need help.

Tell us something you’ve discovered and executed that has contributed to your success.

I’ve learned that the more times that you’re put down, the stronger you are getting back up.  The key to the job is to have a short-memory while also being relentless.

What are you doing when you’re not at Millennium? Hobbies, “fun facts”, etc.

I am currently training for the Brooklyn Half-Marathon, which is taking place October 19th in Prospect Park.  I am also going to begin training for the 2020 NYC Marathon, which is something I have wanted to do since I was a little kid.  Other than that, I like to consider myself the biggest New York Giants fan in the world. They’re struggling right now, but things are looking up with Daniel Jones at the helm!

Michelle Zicca, Director of Executive Alliances

What excites you most about your new role?

Having the opportunity to coach, train, guide and lead my coworkers to be successful. Expanding my role and responsibilities to become a better salesperson. Lastly, being a resource for The Millennium Alliance to maximize profit & enhance our programs.

What do you like most about working at Millennium?

Relaxed work environment, no micromanaging, sales tools are readily available and support from management.

How do you help a new employee understand the roles and responsibilities of The Millennium Alliance?

Clearly explain our business model and show them examples of how I build relationships with executives. Also, demonstrating the persistence and motivation needed.

If you’re interested in joining The Millennium Alliance team, go here for more information!

With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 169 Percent

NEW YORK, August 16, 2019Inc. magazine today revealed that The Millennium Alliance is No. 2375 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Alex Sobol, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of The Millennium Alliance had this to say about Millennium receiving this incredible honor. “Since day one, we always knew what we were capable of. That with an obsessive focus to every detail, forcing ourselves to the bring our very best each and every day, setting the highest of standards and never ever thinking anything was impossible, which is what helped us to achieve this awesome milestone. Add into the mix, hiring the best and the brightest, building strategic partnerships with the greatest brands in the world, 169% revenue growth, and a great product offering, not only got us to this point but also excites us even more for what’s ahead. We are humbled to be in such great company with so many innovative organizations and know as long as we stay true to our core values, there is nothing we cannot achieve. Congratulations to all that helped get us here.” #bleedblue

Not only have the companies on the 2019 Inc. 5000 (which are listed online at Inc.com, with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc., available on newsstands August 20) been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The 2019 Inc. 5000 achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.

“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth. But what they have in common is persistence and seizing opportunities.”

The annual Inc. 5000 event honoring the companies on the list will be held October 10 to 12, 2019, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. As always, speakers include some of the greatest innovators and business leaders of our generation.

The Millennium Alliance and BoardSuited Team Up to Increase Board of Director Candidate Diversity and Pipeline

The Millennium Alliance and BoardSuitedTM Team Up to Increase Board of Director Candidate Diversity and Pipeline

New York, NY, June 14, 2019 — The Millennium Alliance, a leading technology, business, and educational advisory firm has formed a strategic alliance with BoardSuitedTM, a new and innovative executive education company, designed to prepare senior executives for board candidacy and service.  Together, they are committed to making an impact on both increasing the pool of candidates for board service, as well as the diversity of gender, race, age, and professional skills.

The Millennium Alliance is a leading technology and business educational advisory organization in North America. Focusing primarily in areas such as business transformation, executive education, growth, policy, and needs analysis, Millennium has become one of the most dynamic locations for collaboration across the world.

“The Millennium Alliance is really excited to be partnering with not just BoardSuited, but more so Joyce Brocaglia, specifically, as she has been a staple and leading voice in the tech world for many years,” said Alex Sobol, Millennium Alliance Co-Founder & Managing Partner. “The BoardSuited offering fits in nicely with the type of opportunities we provide our members and clients, and we are really looking forward to seeing how they will benefit from such an important part of their executive development.”

BoardSuited was created to fill a void in the executive education space, where many programs exist for current board directors, but very few prepare executives seeking their first board appointment.  The program teaches executives how to accelerate their readiness and maximize their credibility to get the attention of nominating and governance committees—all through a self-paced, convenient online learning environment.

BoardSuited was created to demystify the path to the boardroom by helping executives create a personalized road map,” said Brocaglia.  “The path to the boardroom is often a road less traveled—one that requires assessing skills and identifying gaps early on so that executives can course correct and gain the qualifications necessary for board service.”

BoardSuited arms executives with a deep understanding of board service—from understanding roles and responsibilities and the significance of ownership structure to learning to work with and evaluate the CEO.  The course draws on insights from a cadre of seated board directors from some of the largest companies in the world representing public, private, advisory and nonprofit boards.

“Given that digital transformation, cybersecurity and diversity are all board level imperatives, we believe that our timing could not be better,” said Brocaglia. “Teaming up with the Millennium Alliance gives us an opportunity to impact the pace at which we increase the size and diversity of the board candidate pipeline—which is not only central to our mission but one we share.”

The Millennium Alliance is proud to partner with BoardSuited to add new opportunities for executive education to its members, clients, and partners as they continue to develop their careers and impact in the business community.

As a company, we work together to achieve success in everything we do. Our unique culture encourages everybody to collaborate, share motivation and strive towards greatness. We celebrate milestones and achievements together, and today, we are celebrating a very important birthday.

We Are 5 Years Old!

Five great years have come and gone, which has inspired us to reflect on the great attributes The Millennium Alliance offers all of us, regardless of job title or position. Because, when push comes to shove, we are all a team.

I asked a few members of The Millennium Alliance team to share their thoughts on our great company and what they are most looking forward to while looking towards the future.

“My favorite thing about Millennium is the opportunity to grow. The consistent sales trainings, and support from leadership allows for as much career growth as you set your mind to. It’s a good feeling to be always learning!
As we turn 5 years old, I’m most excited about welcoming some new faces onto our teams!” – Gabie Polce, Director of Strategic Partnerships

The people we all get to work with on a daily basis is amazing, the level of executives, world-renowned business leaders and industry heavyweights are incredible.  I literally pinch myself many times a week that I get to engage and work with the very best business leaders and they value what we do. The growth of the company has been amazing to be part of the past 4 years and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish in 2019 and beyond. The increased engagement of our Advisory Board is really exciting as well as the tremendous opportunities our content team are creating with our video interview series and our podcast. It’s hard to believe how far Millennium has come in just five short years, and five years from now, I anticipate that we’ll be looking back and shaking our heads in disbelief about how many major milestones we’ll have accomplished as a company between now and then.” – Greg Dicso, VP of Marketing
