A Look Back At The Millennium Alliance’s Record 2023 Growth & Looking Ahead To 2024

NEW YORK – January 11, 2023 – The Millennium Alliance has wrapped up yet another record-breaking year after experiencing significant growth across the board in 2023. This includes growing its internal team by 33%, adding 27% in new event brands, and averaging 25% more Fortune 100 executives per program, which has all contributed to an overall revenue increase of 63% over 2022, which had previously been the most successful year in company history.   

As if that is not enough, Millennium is looking to continue building off this positive momentum in 2024 with its sights set on achieving even more significant company milestones. This includes the opening of its European Headquarters in London in March, publishing the 250th episode of the #MillenniumLive Podcast Series, and launching five new event brands, which includes three European programs to complement its existing calendar of Two-Day Invite Only Assemblies.

Stephane Charbonnier is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for L’Oréal USA, as of February 2017. In this role, Mr. Charbonnier is responsible for driving leadership and learning initiatives, developing talent, and building an HR team with an “employee first” approach. He serves on the L’Oréal USA Strategic Committee and Human Resources Management Committee and reports to L’Oréal USA President and Chief Executive Officer, Frédéric Rozé and Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Jérôme Tixier. Charbonnier is a solution-oriented leader with proven success in building and leading multi-disciplinary HR teams within dynamic organizations. In 2013, he joined L’Oréal USA as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Company’s Consumer Products Division. Annette is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and is proud to have worked for a company that truly recognizes, values, and celebrates the unique perspectives and experiences of each person. During her time at State Farm and her role as SVP and CHRO she worked hard to ensure that each employee felt comfortable and free to bring their authentic self to work every day. Annette started her journey working with State Farm from 1988 and progressed through many roles and locations across the country like Senior Vice President with oversight for Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Philanthropy, Public Affairs, and Learning & Development. The Millennium Alliance Commits Fully To In-Person Programs For 2023 And Beyond

NEW YORK – October 26, 2022 – The Millennium Alliance, an invitation-only organization for Senior-Level Executives and Business Transformers, in September of this year made its triumphant return to the in-person stage when they successfully hosted their first non-virtual C-Suite Assembly in two and a half years in Miami. The program was met with rave reviews across the board from members and partners and left those in attendance craving even more of these incredible in-person networking experiences. As a result, Millennium is continuing to stand behind its commitment to listening to the needs and desires of its community, as they announce its decision to pivot back fully to hosting in-person programs in 2023 and beyond.
